We undertake Testing for Mundic, in accordance with the latest Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors' Guidance. Our Testing and Analysis reports satisfy Mortgage lenders.



Costs: From £500 (depends on property size, exact location, and your exact requirements).

Remove Mundic Block Walls  
Replace mundic walls

We remove mundic block walls, and rebuild in timber frame or traditional masonry. All works in accordance with the Building Regulations / Structural requirements. No more mundic!


Costs: This will be calculated when we draw up a proper, considered Remove & Rebuild Schedule.

Replace Mundic Dwellings
Replace mundic house

We can undertake demolition of the existing Mundic property, followed by drawings for, and construction of, a brand new replacement property. The perfect brand new home option.

Costs: All standard costs associated with this process are built into our Remove & Rebuild costs.

Compliance & Warranty

We manage the paper-work to keep a complete and up to date file. Examples include Mundic Test Results, Building Regulation Certificates, Professional Consultant Certificates for instance.
