We know how important it is to ensure a complete file of paper-work is kept, in order that you have all of the relevant information, in the right place, at the right time.

​When you ask us to carry out mundic work for you, be it testing & analysis, remove & rebuild, and or demolish and build new; we agree to do the following:

We will agree the cost with you, this will cover all of the necessary and applicable Technical Reports, Warranties, and Certificates.

The paper-work you receive from us for testing and analysis will inform you and your Mortgage lender all about the mundic in your property. If we carry out remove and rebuild works for you, the necessary Building regulation paper-work will be maintained and handed over to you upon completion. When we demolish your mundic property and build you a brand new home, we will keep a complete file of the necessary documents, to hand over to you upon completion. Any building work is properly documented on file.

Our costs start from £? The costs for managing the paper-work is almost always built into the package. We are open and transparent with our costs.​
