When you ask us to carry out mundic testing for you we agree to do the follwing:

We will agree the cost with you, this includes the taking of core samples from the property, and the subsequent laboratory testing and analysis. We will then provide you with all of the paper-work you, your Mortgage lender and Insurer may require. Sometimes, further Stage 2 and 3 testing is necessary, although this is not very common. When this is necessary though, the only extra cost to you is that charged by the laboratory for the further tests.

Our testing and analysis work is carried in accordance with the current Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors' (RICS) guidance.

Our costs start from £500. The cost will depend on the number of samples required, property size, location etc.
