When you ask us to remove & rebuild mundic walls for you we agree the following:

We will agree the cost with you, this will include all of the works we agree between us. This would typically include the necessary supports, the safe removal and disposal of the mundic blocks, the construction of the new walls; and the fitting of new windows, plastering and rendering; and the final decorations. We also manage the Building Regulation compliance matters, and ensure the works are properly inspected and signed off as correct.

Our remove & rebuild works are carried in accordance with the applicable Building Regulations. We do the paper-work for you.
